started painting when my husband and I moved to the Pacific Northwest from the Mississippi Delta region. While
living in Memphis and Mississippi I became
a Delta Blues photographer and when we moved to Seattle I lost my Southern Blues
inspiration of juke joints, cotton fields and bluesmen... So I turned to
my paints
and
created a world of my own...
